Syed Ishaq, PE, is a licensed professional engineer with over 25 years of experience managing complex civil and transportation projects. Since joining APEX in 2007, he has led multimillion-dollar roadway, bridge, and pavement inspection projects.
As Project Manager, Syed ensures projects meet specifications, stay on budget, and finish on time. Known for his technical diligence and commitment to quality, he is also passionate about mentoring junior engineers by sharing his field knowledge and setting a strong example.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mysore in India. Syed is certified in IDOT Documentation of Contract Quantities and ISTHA Trimble and proficient in CDOT’s CMQA Web-Based Database.
